 This photograph portrays a lot of emotion through the use of a portrait. With the black and tones and the hands up to the face make the photo have an negative and sympathetic feel to it and generally creates a very interesting and emotional photograph.

This portrait photograph uses image overlay to merge the portrait of the man and the dandelion as the photographs are similar in colour and tone. This photograph also uses facial expression to create a very unusual and interesting portrait.

This photograph is classed as unusual portraiture because it uses make up and the unusual prop of the squid on the models head. The colouring in the photograph works really well as does the black background as this allows the pale skin tone and purple colouring to stand out. The model is placed centrally within the photograph with a sort of spot light on the model creating a very unusual and unique portrait photograph.

This photograph uses not only the traditional face shot of typical of a portrait photograph but also uses the hand with the facial features on it creating an attractive and unusual image. The dark tones give the photograph a  sad and emotional feel which create questions for the audience.
