Shoot Three - Work Record

Inspiration

I got the idea from this shoot when I made an edit from my last shoot where I merged the faces of two people. I also got inspiration from looking at the various photographers who work on unusual portraiture.

What I did
What I did in this shoot was take ordinary portraiture photographs as well as the back of the head photographs. When I uploaded them to the computer I used photoshop and premier pro to make videos of merged faces. I also used photoshop to cut the facial features from the face to paste on the back of the head to create an unusual portrait.

How I would improve 
To improve this shoot I would take closer photos of the faces and use more people so that it can merge into all different peoples faces. I would also work harder on the levels during shooting as this is something that could be improved.

My Work

I am pleased with this photograph because it shows two different faces merged but neither one is more obvious than the other. To improve this photograph I would try and get both faces to be exactly the same scale so that the match is more even.

I am pleased with the outcome of this photograph because it makes a very unique and comical photograph. What I might try in the future is cutting out the whole face and putting that on the back of the head for a slightly different photograph. 

What I will do next
What I would like to do next is buy fake facial hair and put it onto the model as I feel the hair photographs work really well and make very unusual portraiture that fits with my project title.
